2. Information We Access and Process

2.1 Google Account Information

When you connect a Google Account to Satset Mobile, the application may access the following account information through the Google Drive API:

• Google Account display name.
• Google Account email address.
• Account information needed to identify the connected account in the application.

We use this information to display the connected Google Account, help you identify which account is being used, and show the connection status.

We do not use this information to create advertising profiles, sell personal information, or conduct unrelated profiling.

2.2 Google Drive Folder Information

When you use the in-app Google Drive folder browser, Satset Mobile accesses folder information needed to display and navigate your Drive folders.

Depending on the folder being viewed and the feature being used, this information may include:

• Folder name.
• Folder ID.
• Folder MIME type, which identifies the type of Drive item.
• Parent folder information.
• Folder status information, such as whether a selected folder is in the trash.

We use this information to display available folders, let you navigate through folders, select an upload destination, verify that a selected folder is valid, and create a new destination folder when you request that feature.

Satset Mobile does not need to read the contents of unrelated documents or files to provide its intended photo-upload functionality.

2.3 File Names and Upload Status

When you use the upload and synchronization features, Satset Mobile may access file names and relevant metadata within the selected destination folder.

This information is used to check whether photos have been uploaded, display upload status, and help prevent unnecessary duplicate uploads.

The application does not use these file names for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

2.4 Photos and Image Files

Satset Mobile processes photos that you choose to receive, view, watermark, save, or upload using the application.

Depending on the features you use, photo processing may include:

• Receiving JPG photos from a supported camera or connected device.
• Applying a watermark to a photo.
• Saving or exporting a processed photo.
• Uploading a photo to the Google Drive folder you select.
• Displaying photo previews and upload status.

Photos are processed to provide these user-facing features. Photos uploaded to Google Drive are stored in the destination selected by you and are subject to Google's applicable services and privacy policies.

Satset Mobile does not sell your photos or use them for advertising or unrelated purposes.

2.5 Authentication and Authorization Information

To connect to Google Drive, Satset Mobile requests authorization through Google's OAuth authorization process.

The application currently requests these Google Drive API scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.metadata.readonly

The drive.file scope is used for supported file operations associated with the application, including creating or uploading files and working with files the application is authorized to access.

The drive.metadata.readonly scope is used to read Drive metadata needed for the in-app folder browser and related folder-selection features.

Satset Mobile requests these permissions to provide its Google Drive integration. They are not requested for selling user information, advertising, or unrelated data collection.

Google determines the authorization granted to the application based on the permissions approved by the user and the applicable Google authorization process.

3. How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data only to provide the Google Drive features you choose to use in Satset Mobile.

Specifically, we use it to:

1. Identify and display the Google Account connected to the application.
2. Display and navigate Google Drive folders within Satset Mobile.
3. Allow you to select the folder where photos should be uploaded.
4. Create a destination folder when you request that action.
5. Verify the selected destination folder.
6. Upload photos that you choose to transfer to Google Drive.
7. Check file names and upload status to help identify previously uploaded photos.
8. Generate or display a folder link or QR code when you request the relevant feature.
9. Maintain the connection state and selected-folder settings needed for the integration to function.

We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to these application features.

We do not sell Google user data, use it to serve advertisements, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

We do not use Google user data for surveillance or provide it to data brokers.

4. Google Drive Folder Creation and Sharing

Satset Mobile allows you to create a Google Drive folder through the application.

Google may reject or restrict a sharing permission depending on the account, organization settings, or Google Drive policies.

You can review and change sharing permissions through Google Drive. Changes made in Google Drive may affect whether a folder link or QR code continues to work.

This disclosure describes the current application behavior and does not mean every folder in your Google Drive is automatically made public.

5. How We Store Information

5.1 Information Stored on Your Device

Satset Mobile stores certain settings locally on your Android device to support application functionality. Depending on the features used, these may include:

• The selected Google Drive folder ID and folder name.
• The connected account's display name and email address.
• Google Drive connection and authorization state.
• Authentication information needed to maintain the connection.
• Local upload-status information associated with files processed by the application.
• Application settings and folder preferences.

Some authentication information may be stored in the application's local preferences. Access to local application data is subject to Android's application sandbox and device security, but no storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You should protect your device with an appropriate screen lock and avoid sharing your device with untrusted people.

5.2 Information Stored in Google Drive

When you upload photos, the photos and associated file information are stored in your selected Google Drive destination.

The storage, availability, retention, and deletion of those files are also governed by your Google Account settings and Google's applicable terms and policies.

Satset Mobile does not independently control Google's infrastructure or guarantee the availability of files stored by Google.

5.3 Information Processed by Our Own Servers

Satset Mobile does not operate or use its own licensing server, analytics service, or crash-reporting service.

The Google Drive integration communicates directly with Google services through Google's APIs to perform the authorized operations described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not operate our own server to collect or store Google Account information, Google Drive folder metadata, authentication tokens, or uploaded photos for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Information required to maintain the Google Drive connection and application settings is stored locally on the user's device, while photos uploaded through the application are stored in the Google Drive destination selected by the user.

This section describes Satset Mobile's current data practices. If our use of servers or third-party services changes, we will update this Privacy Policy as necessary.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent Google user data or personal information.

We share or transmit information only as needed for the features described in this policy and under the following circumstances:

6.1 Google

When you connect Google Drive, Satset Mobile communicates with Google services to authorize access, retrieve the account and folder information needed by the application, create folders, and upload photos at your request.

Google processes this information under Google's own terms and privacy policies.

6.2 People With Access to Shared Folders

If a folder is configured for link-based access, people who obtain that link may be able to view its contents according to the folder's sharing permissions. You are responsible for reviewing the sharing settings of folders you use.

6.3 Legal and Security Requirements

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect users, investigate security incidents, or prevent abuse, subject to applicable legal requirements.

6.4 No Sale or Advertising Transfers

We do not sell Google user data to third parties, transfer it to data brokers, or use it for personalized advertising or unrelated marketing.

We do not allow human access to Google user data except where permitted by applicable Google policies, such as when you give explicit consent for specific support, where necessary for security investigations, or where required by law.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

Satset Mobile's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features described in this Privacy Policy. Any transfer of Google user data is limited to circumstances permitted by Google's policies, including transfers necessary to provide the features you request, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

8.1 Local Application Data

Settings and connection information may remain stored on your device while you use the application.

You can disconnect Google Drive through the application's available disconnect or logout feature. This is intended to remove the application's locally stored connection state and revoke authorization where supported.

Uninstalling Satset Mobile may remove its locally stored application data, subject to Android behavior and any separate backups.

8.2 Photos Uploaded to Google Drive

Photos uploaded to Google Drive remain in the selected Drive folder until you delete them or they are otherwise removed under Google's policies or your account settings.

Disconnecting Google Drive from Satset Mobile does not automatically delete photos already uploaded to Google Drive.

To delete uploaded photos, open Google Drive and remove the relevant files or folders. Review the sharing settings separately if you want to stop link-based access.

Please specify the relevant account or data and the action you are requesting. We may need to verify your request before taking action.

Deletion of data stored by Google must generally be performed through Google Drive or the relevant Google Account controls.

9. Revoking Google Account Access

You can stop Satset Mobile from accessing your Google Drive by disconnecting the account in the application and, where necessary, removing Satset Mobile's access from your Google Account's third-party connections.

Revoking access may prevent Google Drive features from working until you connect the account again.

Revoking access does not automatically delete files already uploaded to Google Drive or change folder-sharing permissions that were previously applied.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures intended to protect information processed by Satset Mobile against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

These measures include using Google's authorization mechanisms for Google Drive access and relying on Android's application-level data protections for locally stored application information.

No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

You should keep your device and Google Account secure and review folder-sharing permissions before sharing links or QR codes with other people.

11. Children's Privacy

Satset Mobile is not designed specifically for children under the age required to independently consent to data processing under applicable law.

We do not knowingly seek to collect children's personal information for unrelated purposes. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action where required.

Satset Mobile integrates with Google Drive and Google authorization services. Their services may be governed by separate privacy policies and terms.

8. Retensi dan Penghapusan Data

8.1 Data Aplikasi Lokal

Pengaturan dan informasi koneksi dapat tetap tersimpan di perangkat Anda selama Anda menggunakan aplikasi.

Anda dapat memutuskan sambungan Google Drive melalui fitur putuskan sambungan (disconnect) atau keluar (logout) yang tersedia di aplikasi. Tindakan ini bertujuan untuk menghapus status koneksi yang tersimpan secara lokal dan mencabut otorisasi jika didukung.

Memutuskan sambungan Google Drive dari Satset Mobile tidak secara otomatis menghapus foto yang sudah diunggah ke Google Drive.

Untuk menghapus foto yang diunggah, buka Google Drive dan hapus file atau folder yang relevan. Tinjau pengaturan berbagi secara terpisah jika Anda ingin menghentikan akses berbasis tautan.

Penghapusan data yang disimpan oleh Google pada umumnya harus dilakukan langsung melalui Google Drive atau kontrol Akun Google yang relevan.

9. Mencabut Akses Akun Google

Anda dapat menghentikan Satset Mobile mengakses Google Drive Anda dengan memutuskan akun di dalam aplikasi dan, jika diperlukan, menghapus akses Satset Mobile dari daftar koneksi pihak ketiga Akun Google Anda.

Mencabut akses dapat membuat fitur Google Drive tidak berfungsi hingga Anda menghubungkan akun kembali.

10. Keamanan Data

Kami mengambil langkah-langkah wajar yang dirancang untuk melindungi informasi yang diproses oleh Satset Mobile dari akses tidak sah, kehilangan, penyalahgunaan, atau pengungkapan.

Langkah-langkah ini mencakup penggunaan mekanisme otorisasi Google untuk akses Google Drive dan mengandalkan perlindungan data tingkat aplikasi Android untuk informasi aplikasi yang disimpan secara lokal.

Tidak ada metode transmisi atau penyimpanan elektronik yang sepenuhnya aman. Oleh karena itu, kami tidak dapat menjamin keamanan mutlak.

Anda harus menjaga keamanan perangkat dan Akun Google Anda serta meninjau izin berbagi folder sebelum membagikan tautan atau kode QR kepada orang lain.

11. Privasi Anak-anak

Satset Mobile tidak dirancang khusus untuk anak-anak di bawah batas usia yang diwajibkan untuk memberikan persetujuan pemrosesan data secara mandiri berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku.

Kami tidak secara sengaja berupaya mengumpulkan informasi pribadi anak-anak untuk tujuan yang tidak terkait.
